Groundbait Sonubaits Supercrush Groundbait - Maggot Fishmeal is one of the most popular groundbaits from Sonubaits. We know that maggots are among the best baits, so we wanted to harness their fish-attracting ability in the form of groundbait.

The maggots used in fishing come from the bluebottle fly, whose aroma is utilized in the production of the Maggot Fishmeal groundbait. The unique groundbait blend consists of crushed pellets, fishmeal, breadcrumbs, meat extracts, grains, and dried maggots, making it suitable for all types of cyprinid fish, especially carp, F1, bream, tench, and roach.

Mixing Instructions

Maggot Fishmeal groundbait is very easy to prepare. Simply pour the 2-kilogram bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint bait tub with water, pour it into the groundbait, and mix thoroughly. Then leave for 30 minutes to allow the water to be absorbed by the groundbait. For best results, remove lumps and achieve a consistent texture by sifting the groundbait through a riddle - it will then be perfectly prepared and ready to use.

During fishing, the sun and wind may dry the groundbait slightly. To prevent this, you can cover the prepared groundbait with a damp towel or, if the groundbait dries out, add some water and mix again.
